2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of SphereServe, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.

  • All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
  • You must notify SphereServe immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Business License Requirement

a. Valid Business License All service Artisans must possess a valid business license issued by the relevant authorities. Proof of the license is required during registration and must remain current.

b. Verification SphereServe reserves the right to verify the authenticity of licenses by contacting issuing authorities and conducting periodic audits.

c. Compliance Artisans must comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.

d. Updates and Renewals Artisans are responsible for renewing their licenses and notifying us of any changes.

e. Consequences of Non-Compliance Operating without a valid license may lead to account suspension or termination.

5. Service Provider Obligations

a. Compliance with Laws and Regulations Artisans must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws applicable to their services.

b. Quality of Service Artisans are expected to deliver high-quality, professional services that match their descriptions.

c. Accurate Information Providers must provide truthful and accurate information about their qualifications and services.

d. Insurance Artisans must maintain adequate insurance coverage for their operations.

e. Confidentiality Artisans must protect any personal information obtained during service delivery.

f. Communication Artisans must respond promptly to user inquiries and maintain open communication.

g. Non-Discrimination Artisans must not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected trait.

h. Reporting and Feedback Artisans should report issues and respond to feedback to improve services.

i. Prohibited Activities Illegal, unethical, or unsafe activities are strictly forbidden.

j. Termination Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of the Artisan’s account.

6. Use of the Platform

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not engage in illegal activities or harass other users.
  • Product and Service Listings: Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their listings are lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party gateways; by using SphereServe, you agree to their terms.
  • Refunds and Disputes: SphereServe is not responsible for refund management or dispute resolution but may assist in communication.

8. User Content

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership but grant SphereServe a license to use and display your content.
  • Prohibited Content: Do not upload defamatory, illegal, or infringing material.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Limited License: You are granted a non-transferable license for personal or commercial use.
  • Restrictions: Reproducing or redistributing SphereServe’s IP without permission is prohibited.

10. Termination of Services

SphereServe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

SphereServe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages, loss of data, or disputes between users.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Users agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to the Terms

SphereServe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
